Family owned and operated since 2007

When I was 12 my family decided to go into the restaurant business. My mother and father ran the business side, my sister was a server, I was a busser, and any other low level position that decided to no show. It was incredibly stressful, with the long hours and many hurdles, but we all worked together to make it a local success. It was my first exposure to just how much good food and hospitality can bring joy into peoples lives.

I bartended my way through college, and eventually culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. Having a culinary education, I started doing small parties for friends and families. The first time I successfully cooked for 100 people, I thought I was really somethin’ special. But as events got easier and easier the events size went to 150, 200, 300, 500, 700!! As of last year, we have been doing multiple events at the same time which are often in excess of 1200 people! I say we because I really couldn’t do any of it without the help of my supportive and loving family. So please allow my family and I to make your next event a success!
