Travis’s Story

Hospitality has been part of my family’s story from the very beginning. I grew up in a family-owned restaurant, where everyone had a role—my parents ran the business, my sister served guests, and I pitched in wherever I was needed. The long hours and challenges were real, but the reward was seeing how good food and genuine hospitality could bring people together.

I bartended through college before attending Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, where I refined my culinary skills and deepened my love for creating meaningful experiences through food. What started as small gatherings for friends and family quickly grew—first 100 guests, then 200, 500, and beyond.

Today, we support events of all sizes and often manage multiple events at once, serving hundreds—and sometimes more than 1,200—guests. I say we because I truly couldn’t do it without the help of my supportive & loving friends and family. We would love the chance to help make your next event truly unforgettable.

Chef Travis Taylor leads Taylor’d Events Catering with a deep respect for hospitality and thoughtful menu creation. With formal culinary training and extensive experience in large-scale events, he brings creativity, consistency, and care to every gathering.

Operations & Pastry Specialist

Ashley Chavira

Ashley oversees operations and pastry creation, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, organization, and love for baking add an extra layer of creativity and care to every menu and event experience.
